As we have been running on the LICS system since January 1^st 2005 and as we use an electronic blueprint service for viewing prints and specs, we do not have a single printed lighting quote file.  100% of our lighting quote files are paperless.   Prior to LICS we would print off the faxed quote requests and keep a "quote table" with jobs all lined up by due date.  Now we simply use the electronic bid list. The faxes are electronically filed and accessible to all of the quote people in the agency.

Our reproduction costs are dropping dramatically. File storage time and equipment is dropping and we have better intra-office communications.
